Insects known only from Finland include a leafroller moth Exapate bicuspidella (Insect Images), a braconid wasp Phaenocarpa ungulosetosa (Naturalis pdf file), a chalcidoid wasp Anaphes crassipennis (Universal Chalcidoidea Database), and a planthopper Liburnia axillaris (p. 27 of ymparisto.fi pdf file). Endemic spiders include the money spiders Oreoneta fennica (p. 8 of Arthropoda Selecta pdf file) and Bolyphantes kilpisjaerviensis (Spiders of Europe) and a ground spider Micaria palmgreni (Spiders of Europe).

Vascular plants unique to Finland are limited to microspecies of dandelions and hawkweeds. Endemic dandelions include Taraxacum nylandicum and Taraxacum porcellisinus (both at SEKJ pdf file), Taraxacum erici and Taraxacum laudabile (both at SEKJ pdf file), Taraxacum grossodentosum (Euro+Med Plantbase), and Taraxacum subulisquameum (Euro+Med Plantbase). Endemic hawkweeds include Hieracium cornigerum (Euro+Med Plantbase), Hieracium impunctatum (Euro+Med Plantbase), Hieracium klingstedtii (Euro+Med Plantbase), and Hieracium hyalinellum (Euro+Med Plantbase).
