Among the invertebrates described from Moldova and so far not reported elsewhere are a springtail Lathriopyga nistru (Zootaxa pdf file), a centipede Eupolybothrus verrucosus (figs. 1 to 7 at Google Books), a braconid wasp Chorebus ioni (zin.ru), an eulophid wasp Aprostocetus grahami (NHM - London), a ground beetle inhabiting mite Antennoseius matalini (MAIK pdf file), and several amphipod crustaceans: Niphargus hoverlicus (Fauna Europaea), Niphargus jaroschenkoi (Fauna Europaea), Niphargus birsteini (Fauna Europaea), and Niphargus corinae (Fauna Europaea).
